Lincoln MKX vs. Volvo XC90 Review

Utility
Drivers with frequent child-duty might favor the Volvo XC90 over the Lincoln. The Volvo XC90 is a better choice than the Lincoln regarding hauling capacity, especially if you frequently need to carry a lot of suitcases or sizeable dogs. Towing is substantially more the Volvo XC90's forte than it is the Lincoln MKX's.

Dimensions
The MKX's tank is about the same size as the Volvo XC90's, though the XC90's is somewhat larger. The Lincoln MKX and the Volvo compete for the same parking spaces.

Convenience
The Lincoln MKX's fuel tank will need to be replenished a tad more often than the unit in the XC90.

Cost
There frankly isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Lincoln MKX is a tad more economical than the Volvo XC90. The Lincoln MKX isn't much costlier than the Volvo as far as MSRP.

Handling
With their comparable turning radii, the Lincoln MKX and the Volvo XC90 most certainly handle about the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Volvo XC90's engine is somewhat smaller than the Lincoln MKX's, but not terribly so.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Lincoln MKX offers a bit more head room than the Volvo XC90, there really isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the MKX make it significantly roomier for your passengers than the Volvo XC90.

Warranty
The Lincoln MKX and the Volvo XC90 have the same basic after-sale protection.
