After unveiling the all-new MKS sedan in 2009, Lincoln is taking things one step further in 2010 with the all-new MKT three-row crossover. The MKT shares the same platform with the Ford Flex, seats seven and boasts a 355-horsepower, 3.5-liter EcoBoost turbo V-6 that gets more power and better fuel economy than most V-6 engines. The MKT has tons of cargo space, quality interior materials and an optional refrigerator.
Lincoln’s MKS luxury sedan features the same 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine as the MKT. An updated SYNC system, adaptive cruise control and a self parking system join Lincoln’s trademark leather trim and wood paneling. The MKS is set to compete with the Acura RL, Infiniti M and Cadillac STS.
The MKZ is the company’s entry-level midsize sedan and gets an interior and exterior refresh for 2010. The rear fascia and smoothed-out interior add a sleek and modern look. The MKZ comes equipped with standard heated and cooled front seats and is available with the capability of all-wheel drive. The 263-horsepower, 3.5-liter V-6 receives minor changes that enhance acceleration.
The MKX crossover SUV boasts ample power with a spacious interior and offers a standard SYNC hands-free communication and entertainment system with the option of front- or all-wheel drive. A standard power liftgate and Sirius Travel Link navigation system are two more reasons to check out the MKX.
The full-size luxury Navigator SUV features a power liftgate, power-folding third-row seats and a 14-speaker audio system with standard satellite radio. Standard features include Front Park Assist, a capless fuel system, rain-sensing wipers, heated second-row seats and Lincoln Sync. The Navigator L is a longer-wheelbase version that boasts voluminous cargo space and ample towing capacity.
The full-size Town Car luxury sedan continues unchanged this year, and features a smooth, supple ride and excellent safety ratings.
