Lexus ES 350 vs. Volvo S60 Review

The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the S60 to the dealership as the Lexus. There really isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Volvo S60 is a bit more economical than the Lexus ES 350. When it comes to MSRP, the Lexus ES 350 costs approximately as much as the Volvo S60 (though the Volvo S60 is somewhat cheaper).

Utility
Neither the Volvo S60 nor the Lexus has a marked advantage regarding seating capacity.

Convenience
You'll most definitely take the Volvo for a fill-up about as often as the Lexus ES 350.

Comfort
Taller drivers will considerably enjoy the extra head room in the Volvo S60's front cabin compared to the Lexus. The ES 350 offers more head- and leg-room to your passengers than the Volvo does.

The Volvo S60's tank is about the same size as the Lexus ES 350's, though the Lexus ES 350's is a little bigger. The Volvo and the ES 350 compete for the same parking spaces.

Regarding horsepower, the Lexus ES 350 packs quite a wallop and will knock the S60 down a few rungs. On the other hand, remember that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

With their similar turning circles, the Lexus ES 350 and the Volvo most definitely handle about the same into and out of tight spots.

The Lexus ES 350's engine is significantly larger than the Volvo S60's. Bear in mind that more sizeable engines may use more gasoline than smaller ones. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Lexus ES 350 isn't much more powerful than the S60.
