Land Rover LR3 vs. Lincoln Navigator L Review

Performance
With that kind of horsepower, both the LR3 and the Navigator L are genuine sportscars.

Handling
With its tighter turning circle, the Land Rover LR3 is quite certainly nimbler than the Lincoln, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; however, note that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The Lincoln Navigator L's engine is significantly bigger than the Land Rover LR3's. Remember that more sizeable engines may use more gasoline than smaller ones. Torque equals pickup, and the Navigator L will have picked up and gone by the time the Land Rover LR3 finally gets moving.

Utility
The Lincoln Navigator L is likely a better choice than the Land Rover when it comes to transporting cargo, especially if you frequently need to carry a lot of cargo or sizeable animals. The Lincoln Navigator L will doubtless prove friendlier than the Land Rover LR3 for those of you with frequent kid-cargo. There's little the Lincoln can tow that the Land Rover LR3 cannot.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Land Rover LR3 offers a bit more head room than the Navigator L, there really isn't much of a difference. While the rear of the Land Rover LR3 provides a bit more head- and leg-room than the Lincoln, there honestly isn't much of a difference.

Dimensions
The Lincoln Navigator L is quite a bit heavier than the Land Rover LR3. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Lincoln Navigator L than the Land Rover LR3 because of its bigger tank. The Lincoln Navigator L rides lower than the Land Rover LR3, which is a good thing for its center of gravity and ease of access. The Land Rover LR3 fits in smaller parking spaces than the Lincoln Navigator L. The Lincoln Navigator L's longer wheelbase will likely result in a smoother, more stable ride; on the flip side, the Land Rover LR3 may give a more agile feel in daily traffic.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. The Land Rover is significantly cheaper to get to the dealership than the Lincoln Navigator L. The Lincoln Navigator L isn't much more expensive than the LR3 regarding MSRP.

Overview
The Lincoln Navigator L and the Land Rover have the same basic warranty.
