Safety features include standard 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes for improved stopping power and resistance to wheel lockup during hard braking. A total of 6 airbags, including dual front airbags, dual front seat-mounted side airbags, and full-length side curtain airbags, keep front and rear passengers protected in a collision. Standard Electronic Stability Control improves directional stability of the vehicle during emergency maneuvers. A standard Tire Pressure Monitoring System alerts the driver is any of the tires are under-inflated.
