Description/Duties:

We are a leader in the automotive online marketing space and growing! We are looking for someone who would fill the role of part developer, part release manager, and part project manager.

Location of Santa Monica Office (Google Maps)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform all stage and production releases/code pushes, coordinating with other teams
• Must be familiar with development life cycle for managing scope and release objectives
• Identify and suggest process improvements where necessary to improve operational competency of release execution
• Provide coordination of the development, test, and production deployment of items in all releases
• Produce release notes which accurately reflect the content delivered
• Maintain project schedules and timelines to meet development milestones
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Ability to raise issues and seek support for resolution

Core Qualifications:

• 3+ years Source control (SVN or CVS)
• Strong project management skills
• 2+ years Linux shell scripting
• 2+ years PHP or Perl
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented

Big Pluses:

• Javascript, Ajax, Flex, Java, C++, Perl, HTML, CSS, Apache
