Five trims are available: the base model, Premium, Prestige, R-Sport, and S.
The F-Pace has an athletic, sleek appearance with sporty squinting headlights, a bold rectangular grille, and sharp bonnet lines. The lower fascia feature large, evenly-spaced air vents to complement the grille. At the rear, the taillight design is reminiscent of the ones found on Jaguar’s other sport cars. Standard features include a panoramic moonroof, a power liftgate, and 18-inch alloy wheels. Unique sport body styling, carbon fiber exterior accents, Xenon headlights, LED headlights, LED signature lighting, front fog lights, power/heated side mirrors, and larger 19- or 20-inch alloy wheels are also available.
Under the hood, all F-Pace models except the S trim comes with a standard 180-hp, turbo-diesel 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. A more powerful 340-hp, supercharged 3.0-liter V-6 is available for the base F-Pace, Premium, Prestige, and R-Sport trim levels. The S is tuned to produce 380-hp and 332 pounds-feet of torque with the same powertrain. Fuel efficiency for the turbo-diesel 4-cylinder models is an EPA-estimated 26/33 mpg city/highway. It lowers to a 18/23 mpg rating for the S.
Inside, the F-Pace has premium leatherette interior with a 40/20/40 split-folding rear seat. The 33.5 cubic feet of rear cargo space can be further expanded with the rear seat folded down. The center stack features the InControl Touch infotainment system that includes an 8-inch touchscreen, an integrated navigation system, Bluetooth connectivity for phone and audio, and InControl Remote and Protect apps for vehicle control, location, emergencies, and diagnostics. It can be upgraded to the InControl Touch Pro version with a 10-inch touchscreen, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and additional InControl Apps. The gear selector dial provides an elegant solution to the conventional shifter knobs found in other vehicles. Standard features include dual-zone automatic climate control, remote vehicle start, cruise control, an automatic dimming rearview mirror, power front seats, a memory seat, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
