For Jaguar, 2010 brings several significant changes to several significant models—most notably, the totally redesigned XJ flagship sedan. The interior and exterior both receive a complete makeover that resembles the XF midsize sedan. A standard panoramic glass roof, long-wheelbase XJL trim and three V-8 engines are just some of the tantalizing features of this restyled modern classic.
After breaking the classic Jaguar mold in 2008, the XF midsize luxury sedan boasts a modern, sculpted exterior, contemporary interior, a new XF Portfolio trim level and a XFR model that boasts a monstrous 510-horspower, 5.0-liter V-8 (one of four V-8’s). The XF competes with the Audi A6, BMW 5 Series, Cadillac STS and Lexus GS.
The sleek and refreshing Jaguar XK comes in coupe and convertible trims and receives a refreshed sleek exterior and luxurious interior. The XK also boasts a new 510-horsepower, 5.0-liter V-8 (same engine as the XF). An enhanced version of the XK, the XKR, features suspension and drivetrain upgrades that are akin to those of the XFR.
