Handling
With their comparable turning radii, the H3T and the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Hybrid most definitely handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

The HUMMER H3T's engine is tremendously smaller than the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Hybrid's.
