Regarding MSRP, the Yukon Hybrid doesn't cost much less than the HUMMER H2 SUT.

Utility
The GMC will most definitely prove more practical than the HUMMER H2 SUT for those of you with frequent child-cargo. The HUMMER H2 SUT is likely a better choice than the GMC Yukon Hybrid as far as hauling capacity, especially if you frequently need to carry a lot of gear or sizeable pets. Towing is considerably more the H2 SUT's forte than it is the GMC Yukon Hybrid's.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the GMC Yukon Hybrid offers a bit more head room than the HUMMER H2 SUT, there really isn't much of a difference. The HUMMER H2 SUT provides more head- and leg-room to your passengers than the GMC Yukon Hybrid does.

Dimensions
The HUMMER H2 SUT is substantially more bulky than the GMC Yukon Hybrid. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the HUMMER H2 SUT than the Yukon Hybrid because of its larger tank. The H2 SUT and the GMC compete for the same parking spaces.

Performance
With that kind of horsepower, both the HUMMER H2 SUT and the GMC Yukon Hybrid are legitimate speedsters.

Handling
With its tighter turning radius, the GMC Yukon Hybrid is most certainly nimbler than the H2 SUT, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the other hand, note that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The Yukon Hybrid's engine is a tad smaller than the HUMMER H2 SUT's, but not terribly so. The GMC Yukon Hybrid could learn a lesson or two from the HUMMER H2 SUT with respect to pickup.

Warranty
The basic warranty that comes with the GMC isn't quite as generous as the HUMMER H2 SUT's.
