HUMMER H2 SUT vs. GMC Yukon Hybrid Review

Performance
With that kind of horsepower, both the HUMMER H2 SUT and the GMC Yukon Hybrid are true speedsters.

Handling
With its tighter turning circle, the GMC Yukon Hybrid is most certainly nimbler than the H2 SUT, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the flip side, bear in mind that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The GMC Yukon Hybrid's engine is a little smaller than the HUMMER H2 SUT's, but not terribly so. The Yukon Hybrid could learn a lesson or two from the H2 SUT regarding pickup.

Utility
The GMC Yukon Hybrid will most definitely prove more practical than the HUMMER H2 SUT for those of you with frequent child-cargo. The H2 SUT is a better choice than the GMC in terms of transporting cargo, especially if you frequently need to carry a lot of equipment or massive pets. The H2 SUT outpulls the GMC Yukon Hybrid by a big margin.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the GMC offers a bit more head room than the H2 SUT, there really isn't much of a difference. While the rear of the HUMMER H2 SUT provides a bit more head- and leg-room than the GMC Yukon Hybrid, there really isn't much of a difference.

Dimensions
The HUMMER H2 SUT is significantly heavier than the Yukon Hybrid. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the HUMMER H2 SUT than the GMC Yukon Hybrid because of its larger tank. The HUMMER H2 SUT and the GMC Yukon Hybrid compete for the same parking spaces.

Cost
In terms of MSRP, the H2 SUT costs roughly as much as the GMC Yukon Hybrid (though the GMC Yukon Hybrid is slightly cheaper).

Warranty
The basic after-sale protection that comes with the GMC isn't quite as generous as the HUMMER's.
