The Honda Fit and the Chevrolet Aveo have about comparable tires. With their comparable turning circles, the Chevrolet Aveo and the Honda Fit very likely handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Fit's engine is somewhat smaller than the Chevrolet Aveo's, but not terribly so. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Chevrolet Aveo isn't much more powerful than the Fit.

It costs roughly the same to get the Chevrolet Aveo to the dealership as the Honda Fit. As far as gas mileage, the Fit beats the Chevrolet Aveo. There really isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Honda Fit is a little more economical than the Chevrolet Aveo. The Fit is markedly more expensive than the Chevrolet Aveo when it comes to MSRP. Regarding purchase price, the Chevrolet Aveo costs quite a bit less than the Honda Fit.
