GMC Envoy vs. Jeep Commander Review

Drivers with frequent kid-duty might favor the Jeep Commander over the GMC Envoy. There's no clear winner between the Jeep and the GMC Envoy in terms of hauling capacity. Towing is substantially more the Jeep Commander's forte than it is the GMC Envoy's.

In terms of horsepower, the Commander packs quite a punch and will knock the GMC Envoy down a few rungs. However, remember that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.
