The F-250's larger trunk will accommodate more massive items than the GMC Canyon. The GMC Canyon and the F-250 can accommodate the same number of passengers. The F-250 is a better choice than the GMC Canyon as far as hauling capacity, especially if you frequently need to carry a lot of equipment or big animals. Towing is significantly more the Ford F-250's forte than it is the GMC Canyon's.

With that kind of horsepower, both the GMC and the Ford F-250 are true sportscars.

Dimensions
The F-250 is tremendously more bulky than the Canyon. Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Ford F-250 than the GMC Canyon because of its larger tank.
