When it comes to horsepower, the GMC Acadia packs quite a punch and will knock the Volkswagen Touareg 2 down a few rungs. On the flip side, note that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Handling
With their similar turning radii, the Volkswagen and the GMC Acadia likely handle almost the same into and out of tight spots.

The GMC Acadia's engine is slightly smaller than the Volkswagen Touareg 2's, but not terribly so.
