With their comparable turning radii, the Ford F-150 and the Ridgeline most certainly handle almost the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The F-150's engine is considerably larger than the Honda Ridgeline's. Keep in mind that more massive engines may use more gas than smaller ones. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the F-150 is considerably more powerful than the Honda.
