Dodge Viper vs. Nissan GT-R Review

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs approximately the same to get the Dodge Viper to the dealership as the Nissan GT-R. Producing an accurate fuel economy evaluation is so tough that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though the Nissan GT-R is the winner in terms of gas mileage. There honestly isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Dodge Viper is a tad more economical than the Nissan GT-R. The Dodge Viper isn't much more expensive than the Nissan GT-R in terms of MSRP.

Utility
Drivers with frequent child-duty might favor the Nissan GT-R over the Dodge Viper.

Convenience
The Dodge Viper's fuel tank will need to be replenished more often than the unit in the GT-R.

Comfort
Taller drivers will considerably enjoy the extra head room in the Nissan's front cabin compared to the Dodge Viper.

Dimensions
Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Nissan GT-R than the Dodge because of its bigger tank. The Dodge and the Nissan GT-R compete for the same parking spaces. The Nissan GT-R's longer wheelbase will likely result in a smoother, more stable ride; however, the Dodge Viper may give a more maneuverable feel in daily traffic.

Performance
With that kind of horsepower, both the Dodge Viper and the Nissan GT-R are legitimate speedsters.

Drivetrain
The Dodge Viper has a more sizeable engine than the Nissan GT-R. Note that smaller engines typically get better gas mileage, but smaller engines can be stressed more. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Dodge Viper is significantly more powerful than the GT-R. The Dodge Viper packs quite a punch compared to the Nissan GT-R regarding torque, which is roughly equivalent to acceleration.

Warranty
The Nissan GT-R and the Dodge Viper have the same basic after-sale protection.
