Dodge Journey vs. Saturn VUE Review

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs approximately the same to get the Dodge Journey to the dealership as the Saturn VUE. Producing a precise gas mileage evaluation is so difficult that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though both the Saturn VUE and the Saturn VUE perform roughly comparably when it comes to fuel economy. There honestly isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the VUE is slightly more economical than the Dodge Journey. Regarding MSRP, the Saturn VUE costs about as much as the Dodge Journey (though the Dodge Journey is somewhat cheaper).

Utility
The Dodge Journey will quite certainly prove more practical than the VUE for those of you with frequent child-cargo. Towing is significantly more the VUE's forte than it is the Dodge's.

Convenience
You'll most definitely take the Saturn VUE for a fill-up almost as often as the Journey.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Dodge offers a bit more head room than the Saturn VUE, there really isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the Saturn VUE make it significantly roomier for your passengers than the Dodge Journey.

Dimensions
The Saturn VUE's tank is almost the same size as the Dodge Journey's, though the Dodge Journey's is a tad bigger. The VUE and the Dodge Journey compete for the same parking spaces. The Saturn VUE's shorter wheelbase may produce a less-settled highway ride but a nimbler feel in daily traffic than the Dodge Journey.

Handling
With their similar turning radii, the Journey and the Saturn VUE most certainly handle approximately the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Saturn VUE's engine isn't much larger than the Dodge Journey's.

The Journey and the Saturn have the same basic after-sale protection.
