The GMC Yukon XL 1500 and the Durango Hybrid can accommodate the same number of passengers. There's no clear winner between the GMC Yukon XL 1500 and the Dodge Durango Hybrid with respect to hauling capacity. There's little the Dodge Durango Hybrid can tow that the GMC Yukon XL 1500 cannot.

With that kind of horsepower, both the Yukon XL 1500 and the Dodge Durango Hybrid are true speedsters.

Dimensions
Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the GMC Yukon XL 1500 than the Dodge Durango Hybrid because of its bigger tank. The Dodge Durango Hybrid and the GMC Yukon XL 1500 compete for the same parking spaces. The Dodge Durango Hybrid's shorter wheelbase will likely give a sprier feel in daily traffic. However, the GMC Yukon XL 1500 is likely to have a smoother, more stable ride.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the Durango Hybrid to the dealership as the GMC Yukon XL 1500. While the front cabin in the Durango Hybrid offers a bit more head room than the GMC Yukon XL 1500, there really isn't much of a difference. While the rear of the GMC Yukon XL 1500 provides a bit more head- and leg-room than the Dodge Durango Hybrid, there honestly isn't much of a difference.
