Dodge Charger vs. Acura TSX Review

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs approximately the same to get the Dodge Charger to the dealership as the TSX. When it comes to gas mileage, the TSX and the Dodge Charger don't differ much. The Acura TSX won't save you much money at the pump compared to the Dodge. The Dodge Charger isn't much less costly than the Acura TSX with respect to MSRP.

Utility
The Acura TSX and the Dodge Charger can accommodate the same number of passengers. The Dodge outpulls the Acura TSX by a sizeable margin.

Convenience
You'll definitely take the Dodge Charger for a fill-up about as often as the Acura.

Comfort
Taller drivers will significantly enjoy the extra head room in the Dodge Charger's front cabin compared to the Acura TSX. The ampler interior dimensions of the Dodge Charger make it substantially more spacious for your passengers than the Acura TSX.

Dimensions
The Acura TSX's tank is approximately the same size as the Dodge Charger's, though the Dodge Charger's is a bit bigger. The Acura TSX and the Dodge Charger compete for the same parking spaces. The Acura TSX's shorter wheelbase may produce a less-settled highway ride but a nimbler feel in daily traffic than the Dodge.

Performance
With respect to horsepower, the Dodge Charger packs quite a punch and will knock the Acura TSX down a few rungs. On the flip side, note that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Handling
With their comparable turning radii, the Acura TSX and the Dodge Charger quite certainly handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Dodge Charger has a bigger engine than the Acura TSX. Keep in mind that smaller engines typically get better gas mileage, but a smaller engine usually has to work a little harder. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Dodge isn't much more powerful than the Acura TSX.
