When it comes to horsepower, the Chrysler Town and Country packs quite a wallop and will knock the Dodge Grand Caravan down a few rungs. However, note that high horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Utility
Neither the Grand Caravan nor the Chrysler Town and Country has a marked advantage regarding seating capacity.

Convenience
You quite certainly won't have to visit your friendly gas station more often with the Chrysler than with the Grand Caravan, because both offer comparable ranges.

Comfort
The Dodge Grand Caravan is not particularly more spacious for your passengers than the Chrysler Town and Country.
