2010 Chrysler 300 Overview
If you don’t have a million bucks, but want to look like you do, the first step is to buy a 2010 Chrysler 300. This sedan is affordable enough for the masses, yet features a look like it was built for the privileged few.
Powering the Chrysler 300 is a 178-horsepower, 2.7-liter V-6, which is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. If that isn’t enough power, a 250-horsepower, 3.5-liter V-6 will satisfy your need for speed. Power is sent to a two- or all-wheel drive system and the horsepower ratings stand tall against competitors such as the Ford Taurus, Chevrolet Impala and Toyota Avalon. The 300 delivers fuel economy of 17-18 mpg in the city and 23-26 mpg out on the highway.
Lots of space is carved out of the 2010 Chrysler 300’s interior, leaving more rear headroom and legroom than the Cadillac CTS, Chevrolet Impala and Ford Taurus. High quality cloth seats for five join air conditioning, cruise control, a power adjustable driver’s seat, power steering and a CD player as standard equipment on the base Touring model. The Limited model steps up with leather seats, heating for both front seats, dual zone climate control, leather for the shift knob, a leather and wood trimmed steering wheel and Sirius Satellite Radio as well as an optional sunroof, hard-drive based navigation system and a 276-watt Boston Acoustics stereo. The Uconnect multimedia system with 6.5-inch display screen features phone and portable audio device connectivity, and can act as a Wi-Fi hotspot so you can surf the web on your laptop.
Four-wheel antilock brakes with brake assist (optional on the Touring model), traction control and stability control systems are the front line of defense for the 2010 Chrysler 300. A well-engineered chassis is strong and incorporates intelligent crumple zones, which performs well in crash situations. Dual front airbags, plus available front-side and two-row head airbags protect occupant heads from injury. The 2010 Chrysler 300 achieves Five-Star ratings for front impact in NHTSA testing; side impact tests are not available at this time.
With a smooth ride, ample power, 21st century connectivity and cutting-edge technology, the 2010 Chrysler 300 is an affordable luxury sedan that turns heads wherever it goes.
