Buick Enclave vs. Volvo XC90 Review

The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the Buick Enclave to the dealership as the Volvo XC90. The Buick Enclave won't save you much money at the pump compared to the Volvo. When it comes to fuel economy, the Buick and the Volvo don't differ much. The Volvo XC90 isn't much less costly than the Buick Enclave regarding MSRP.

Utility
The Buick will definitely prove handier than the Volvo XC90 for those of you with frequent child-cargo. The Volvo XC90 outpulls the Buick Enclave by a big margin.

Convenience
The XC90's fuel tank will need to be replenished a little more often than the unit in the Buick Enclave.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Buick Enclave offers a bit more head room than the XC90, there really isn't much of a difference. The Buick Enclave provides more head- and leg-room to your passengers than the Volvo XC90 does.

Dimensions
The Volvo's tank is almost the same size as the Buick Enclave's, though the Buick Enclave's is a bit larger. The Volvo and the Buick Enclave compete for the same parking spaces.

Handling
With their comparable turning radii, the Volvo XC90 and the Buick Enclave most definitely handle about the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Enclave's engine isn't much more sizeable than the Volvo XC90's. Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the Buick is considerably more powerful than the Volvo XC90. The Volvo XC90 could learn a lesson or two from the Buick Enclave regarding torque.

The Buick Enclave and the Volvo XC90 have the same basic warranty.
