Buick Enclave vs. Volvo XC60 Review

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs roughly the same to get the Buick Enclave to the dealership as the Volvo XC60. The Buick Enclave won't save you much money at the pump compared to the XC60. There really isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Buick is a little more economical than the Volvo XC60. With respect to MSRP, the Buick Enclave costs roughly as much as the Volvo XC60 (though the Volvo XC60 is a little cheaper).

Utility
Drivers with frequent child-duty might favor the Buick Enclave over the Volvo. The XC60 outpulls the Buick Enclave by a big margin.

Convenience
The Volvo XC60's fuel tank will need to be replenished more often than the unit in the Buick Enclave.

Comfort
Taller drivers will substantially enjoy the extra head room in the Buick's front cabin compared to the Volvo XC60. While the rear of the Buick provides a bit more head- and leg-room than the Volvo XC60, there frankly isn't much of a difference.

Dimensions
Your wallet will hurt more every time you fill up the Buick than the Volvo XC60 because of its bigger tank. The Volvo XC60 and the Buick Enclave compete for the same parking spaces. The Volvo XC60's shorter wheelbase may produce a less-settled highway ride but a more agile feel in daily traffic than the Enclave.

Handling
With their comparable turning radiuses, the Volvo and the Buick Enclave definitely handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Buick has a more sizeable engine than the Volvo XC60. Note that smaller engines typically get better gas mileage, but smaller engines can be stressed more. The Buick Enclave has no lessons to learn with respect to pickup from the Volvo XC60.
