Buick Enclave vs. Lincoln MKX Review

Handling
With their comparable turning circles, the Lincoln MKX and the Buick Enclave most certainly handle roughly the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Buick Enclave's engine isn't much more massive than the Lincoln MKX's.

Utility
The Enclave will most definitely prove more convenient than the Lincoln for those of you with frequent child-cargo.

Convenience
The Lincoln MKX's fuel tank will need to be replenished slightly more often than the unit in the Buick Enclave.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Buick offers a bit more head room than the Lincoln MKX, there honestly isn't much of a difference. The ampler interior dimensions of the Lincoln MKX make it substantially roomier for your passengers than the Buick Enclave.

Dimensions
The Lincoln's tank is roughly the same size as the Buick's, though the Buick's is slightly larger. The Lincoln and the Buick compete for the same parking spaces. The MKX's shorter wheelbase will give a nimbler feel in daily traffic. However, the Enclave is likely to have a smoother, more stable ride.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the Buick Enclave to the dealership as the Lincoln MKX. The Buick won't save you much money at the pump compared to the Lincoln MKX. Producing an accurate gas mileage evaluation is so tough that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though both the Lincoln MKX and the Lincoln MKX perform almost similarly when it comes to gas mileage. As far as MSRP, the Lincoln MKX doesn't cost much less than the Buick Enclave.

The Buick Enclave and the Lincoln have the same basic warranty.
