Buick Enclave vs. Jeep Grand Cherokee Review

Utility
Drivers with frequent child-duty might favor the Buick over the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Towing is substantially more the Jeep Grand Cherokee's forte than it is the Buick Enclave's.

Dimensions
The Grand Cherokee's tank is about the same size as the Enclave's, though the Enclave's is a little larger. The Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Buick Enclave compete for the same parking spaces. The Jeep Grand Cherokee's shorter wheelbase will likely give a more maneuverable feel in daily traffic. On the other hand, the Enclave is likely to have a smoother, more stable ride.

Convenience
You'll quite certainly take the Jeep for a fill-up almost as often as the Buick Enclave.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs about the same to get the Buick Enclave to the dealership as the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Jeep Grand Cherokee won't tax your gasoline budget substantially more than the Enclave will. The Buick Enclave isn't much pricier than the Jeep Grand Cherokee as far as MSRP.

Handling
With its tighter turning radius, the Jeep Grand Cherokee is definitely sprier than the Buick Enclave, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the other hand, bear in mind that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The Buick Enclave's engine is a bit smaller than the Jeep Grand Cherokee's, but not terribly so. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Buick is significantly more powerful than the Grand Cherokee.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Buick Enclave offers a bit more head room than the Jeep Grand Cherokee, there frankly isn't much of a difference. While the rear of the Buick provides a bit more head- and leg-room than the Jeep Grand Cherokee, there honestly isn't much of a difference.

Warranty
The basic warranty that comes with the Jeep Grand Cherokee isn't quite as generous as the Buick Enclave's.
