With their similar turning circles, the Jeep Commander and the Enclave most certainly handle approximately the same into and out of tight spots.

Drivetrain
The Buick and the Jeep Commander have similar-sized engines, with a slight advantage to the Jeep Commander.

Utility
The Enclave will definitely prove more practical than the Jeep for those of you with frequent kid-cargo. The Jeep Commander outpulls the Buick Enclave by a large margin.

Convenience
The Jeep Commander's fuel tank will need to be replenished more often than the unit in the Buick Enclave.

Comfort
Taller drivers will substantially enjoy the extra head room in the Jeep Commander's front cabin compared to the Buick Enclave. The Jeep Commander is not particularly more spacious for your passengers than the Buick.

Dimensions
The Jeep Commander's tank is about the same size as the Enclave's, though the Buick Enclave's is a little bigger. The Jeep Commander and the Buick Enclave compete for the same parking spaces. The Enclave's longer wheelbase will likely result in a smoother, more stable ride; on the flip side, the Commander may give a more maneuverable feel in daily traffic.

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs almost the same to get the Buick Enclave to the dealership as the Commander. As far as gas mileage, the Enclave bests the Jeep Commander. The Commander doesn't pale in comparison to the Buick Enclave in terms of fuel economy. The Jeep Commander isn't much less expensive than the Enclave with respect to MSRP.

Warranty
The basic after-sale protection that comes with the Jeep Commander isn't quite as generous as the Buick Enclave's.
