Buick Enclave vs. Hyundai Veracruz Review

Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. It costs approximately the same to get the Hyundai Veracruz to the dealership as the Buick Enclave. In terms of fuel economy, the Buick Enclave and the Hyundai don't differ much. With respect to fuel economy, the Buick Enclave is a bit better than the Veracruz, but not by much. In terms of MSRP, the Hyundai Veracruz doesn't cost much less than the Buick Enclave.

Utility
Drivers with frequent kid-duty might favor the Buick Enclave over the Hyundai Veracruz. Towing is substantially more the Hyundai Veracruz's forte than it is the Enclave's.

Convenience
The Hyundai's fuel tank will need to be replenished slightly more often than the unit in the Buick Enclave.

Comfort
While the front cabin in the Enclave offers a bit more head room than the Veracruz, there honestly isn't much of a difference. The Veracruz is not particularly more spacious for your passengers than the Buick Enclave.

Dimensions
The Hyundai Veracruz's tank is approximately the same size as the Buick Enclave's, though the Buick Enclave's is slightly larger. The Hyundai Veracruz and the Buick compete for the same parking spaces. The Hyundai Veracruz's shorter wheelbase may produce a less-settled highway ride but a nimbler feel in daily traffic than the Enclave.

Handling
With its tighter turning radius, the Hyundai Veracruz is quite certainly sprier than the Enclave, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; on the flip side, bear in mind that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.

Drivetrain
The Hyundai's engine isn't much more sizeable than the Buick's. Torque is the force that lets you accelerate quickly, and in this respect, the Buick Enclave isn't much more powerful than the Veracruz.

Overview
The basic after-sale protection that comes with the Enclave isn't quite as generous as the Hyundai Veracruz's.
