The Buick Enclave's fuel tank will need to be replenished a little more often than the unit in the GMC Acadia.

The GMC Acadia is not particularly roomier for your passengers than the Buick Enclave.

The GMC Acadia and the Buick compete for the same parking spaces.

Cost
In terms of fuel economy, the GMC Acadia and the Buick Enclave don't differ much. Producing an accurate gas mileage evaluation is so difficult that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though both the GMC Acadia and the GMC Acadia perform roughly comparably as far as fuel economy. In terms of MSRP, the Buick Enclave costs approximately as much as the GMC Acadia (though the GMC Acadia is a tad cheaper).

Warranty
The basic warranty that comes with the GMC isn't quite as generous as the Buick Enclave's.
