2014 Audi TT Exterior

2014 Audi TT Overview (See Available Styles)

  • Available as a coupe or roadster (convertible)
  • All-wheel drive is standard
  • 211-hp, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine
The sporty 2014 Audi TT offers a spirited driving experience in a stylish package that offers a classic, symmetrical Audi design.

For 2014, there are not many changes to speak of – several exterior styling tweaks, and LED cabin lighting and a Bose stereo have been added to the interior.

The latest TT isn’t as roly-poly as its predecessor; its body work is more pumped up, angular, and bolder than before which gives it much needed definition. The TT is offered as both coupe and soft-top convertible. 18-inch alloys are standard, while 19-inch alloys with summer tires are optional on higher-end models. The TT also gets automatic Xenon headlights, heated electric side mirrors, and fog lights as standard. Options include a fixed rear-wing spoiler, headlight washers, and extra-muscled body panels from Audi’s S-line.

The TT’s interior is superbly crafted and offers leather seats, tilt/telescoping multifunction steering wheel, Bluetooth connectivity, automatic climate control, and a Bose speaker system standard. The interior is lined in leather, soft-touch composites, and aluminum, with several different combinations possible. The options list includes tech features such as satellite navigation, Bose sound system, computer lap timer, and iPod integration. Technically, the TT seats four but in reality you’re only going to fit two normal sized people in there. Sorry kids.

Under the hood, the 2014 TT gets Audi’s trusty 211-horsepower, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that makes 258 pounds-feet of torque. Paired with the standard six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, the coupe will get to 60 MPH in just 5.3 seconds. Thanks to the added weight from the drop-top, the convertible takes a bit longer – 5.6 seconds. The TT gets 22/31 mpg city/highway, regardless of body style. In addition to the standard sport suspension, Audi offers an adjustable magnetic suspension system for keen drivers.

Standard safety features on the TT include six airbags, traction/stability control, and antilock disc brakes. The convertible also gets an automatically deploying rollover protection. Rear parking sensors are optional.

EPA Fuel Economy

  • City: 22 MPG
  • Highway: 31 MPG
