2010 Audi S5 Overview

Under that sleek hood lies one of two formidable engines: a 333-horsepower, 3.0-liter supercharged V-6 or a 354-horsepower, 4.2-liter V-8. The power of those fierce stallions is sent through a six-speed automatic, a six-speed manual, or a fast-shifting, seven-speed S Tronic dual-clutch transmission to Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system. Luscious standard/optional interior accommodations include leather seating surfaces with suede-like Alcantara inserts and carbon fiber, stainless steel or wood trim. Upgrades to luscious Silk Nappa leather seating are offered. An available Bang & Olufsen audio system features 505 watts of surround-sound power and 14 speakers.
The Driver Assist Package includes adaptive cruise control – which helps maintain a safe distance from the car in front – and a blind spot warning system to enhance collision avoidance during lane changes. A superior airbag offering includes dual front airbags, front-side airbags for upper body protection, and even knee airbags.
