Cost
The destination charge is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle from its point of origin to the dealer. The Scion xB is considerably cheaper to get to the dealership than the Audi A6.
Producing an exact fuel economy evaluation is so tricky that some think not even the federal government can do it, but it looks as though the Scion xB is the winner in terms of fuel economy.
There really isn't much of a difference in gas mileage here, but if you must know, the Scion xB is a tad more economical than the Audi A6.
As far as MSRP, the xB costs tremendously less than the Audi.

With that kind of horsepower, the Audi A6 is a legitimate sports car.

With its tighter turning circle, the Scion is definitely more maneuverable than the A6, something to consider if you do a lot of city driving; however, bear in mind that a vehicle with a tight turning circle may feel a bit twitchy on the highway.
Drivetrain
The Scion xB's engine is considerably smaller than the A6's. Bear in mind that smaller engines can be stressed more; on the other hand, smaller engines typically get better gas mileage.
Torque equals pickup, and the Audi will have picked up and gone by the time the Scion xB finally gets moving.
Torque is roughly equivalent to acceleration, and in this respect, the A6 is tremendously more powerful than the Scion xB.
